Lil Wayne has called himself the best rapper alive so many times some cats actually believe him. Wayne knows how to promote himself and get fans to talk about him whether they like him or not. I’m not a fan of his music and I can’t think of any great Wayne songs. He’s a character and he knows how to play the game but hopefully for his own sake this album turns out to be good. You can’t call yourself the best rapper alive and a great artist if you don’t know how to deliver HITS and deliver memorable songs.
