I doubt he’ll do that to his son otherwise it can backlash if she takes him back to court…I think they took the idea that the child primarily live wit the mom, that he’s kicking his son out…its more or less to take custody of him and show the courts she’s not doing anything to support the child except living off the support he was once providing…who the fuk read RADAR Magazine, they seem desparate for readers…

He’s not suing for custody he already has visitation the mother is still going to be the primary custodian so if he kicking her out he kicking his son out also and expects her to find a home for $6700 a month and take care of the boy with it also, the boy is accustomed to the mansion, now he going to have to live in a much smaller place all because his father hates his mom now

Well…Chilly…spread the word to your gold digging friends that when your getting 25k a month…KNOW THAT YOUR WINNING AND DON’T ATTEMPT TO GET MORE MONEY ON TOP OF IT. She already had a free house and 25k a month…but she was demanding more than that. Now…if she really had her sons best interest at heart…she would allow him to live with 50 primarily and live with her on the weekend…IF THE CONCERNS SHE’S HAVING IS REALLY ABOUT THE CHILD…LOL
