Jigga Man Finally Going To Lock Down Beyonce?
Beyonc? Knowles and longtime beau Jay-Z have taken out a marriage license in Scarsdale, N.Y., PEOPLE has learned. According to a source, the pair obtained a license Tuesday morning. The document is valid for 60 days.
Damn they been dating since 2002. Six years is an eternity for celebs and a woman like Beyonce in her prime. Either your going to put the ring on her finger on let her go to have some fun while she still young. If I was caking like Jay-Z, I would be working having a tribe of children.

Why do people have to get married in order to prove how much they love each other. If you want to spend the rest of your life together then there’s really no need to hurry when it comes to marriage. They’ve done the right thing. Way too many couples get married after only dating a couple of years. That’s crazy.
They’ve been together for 6 years. I’m sure they’ve had there ups and downs but they still together so obviously it’s for real. If they both feel like they’re finally ready then good luck to them.

In reading all of the previous comments I feel as though some of you have no sense as to what’s going on. Just because you been with someone x amount of years doesn’t guarantee that a marriage will work. Nor is there a guarantee that a certain amount of money gained by both people will make a marriage work. Nor is there one for who’s career is good or not?….
Marriage puts a relationship on a whole nother lever, no matter how high the relationship was to begin with. Some people don’t want that kind of pressure to possibly stay in a relationship for 20-25 years….
Now adays its common place for people to be divorced 2,3, even 4, or 5 times. But I know a lot of kids my age(age 18-24) that say they want their first marriage to be the last.
I think if a highly publized couple like Jay-Z and Beyonce are even in a position to be tablizied about getting marriage licenses when last week and the week before they weren’t then it has to be for real. I feel as though they both know its right for them and this will last for decades. Good luck to them
