I think what she was saying is: the term “Gangster Rap” was sensationalized and lead to some of the negativity that permeates the rap world even still. But yeah like white bread said, who cares? i’m so tired of artist having to watch what they say and censor this and edit that! Fuck that how come rock stars can speak freely and be heralded but as soon as a “urban” artist dares to opine or express a contrary sentiment its a problem? People need to get a life! If AK-47 wanna say fuck the government she should be able to. If she wanna get her box ate by another chick thats her business if she wanna say niguz nowadays ain’t shit so be it. There’s nothing to fix here. Her comments were very clear the first time.
