What most men do when they have money and are in the public eye is take their girl to another country (Brazil) and pay for the best plastic surgery money can buy then have the doctor sign a gag order. Breast implants, butt implants, hydro-gel butts, and rib removals to create a smaller waist are some of the things you can do when you have money. You come back over here, lie and say “I was born this way”. In the end most people don’t care as long as you look good and I think that Coco looks hot !
