Young Buck Did receive his Royalty Checks!
Read here: This was the interview Yo! Raps magazine put up regarding Buck and his non-paid royalties. Now Buck’s manager, Sha Money XL has released a statement stating he got more than paid ($10 mill to be exact).

"There has been a new rumor going on that 50 cent has not paid young Buck any royalties.I as Bucks manager and as former President of G-unit records wants to make clear that that rumor is false,Young Buck has cleared over 10 Million from working under 50’s and my guidance.I don’t know if a writer waited 2 months from the interview to stir some new drama up or took his words wrong but Buck is waving the G Unit flag strong.I also add that any talks of Buck signing to any other labels are false.People are playing on the divide and conquer card and that’s not gonna work!"

My cousin works 4 interscope and said for young buck to have 10 mil from a check he had to sell 6 mil..and last time i check Buck the world flop and Straight outta Cashville sold 1.5 mil so that doesnt add up…Jus saying a big number to get the haters off his nuts…but if he made 10 mil or 1mil he still got more than so go head Buck

Royalties has to do more than how much you sell. But if you sell more, then more royalties you get. I think they get royalties if their songs are played, sampled or used for commercial purposes. So buck doesnt need to sell 5 mill to get 10 mill.

You’re an idiot and I don’t even fuck with Sloppy Joe. He sold like 50,000 records his first week but he has to recoup for what the album cost to make like paying for producers and videos dumbass. So if he makes $7 a record sold and sold 50,000, that’s $350,000 so if the album cost $300,000 to make then he made $50,000 after paying for the album you imbecile.

It is possible for Buck to make 10million in royalties…becuz it is a total. You have to take into account he has 2 albums (probably together making 2million) and he was on the G Unit Album (5 Million Sold) and he has writing credits on GRODT (11 million) & Curtis (about 3 Million worldwide) not too mention he had 2 #1 hits off of his debut album…with all these factors it’s not impossible.
And to dude who said he’d have to sell 6 million…add all these albums up and let me know a total. He’s roughly got credit on 21 Million plus albums. How do you think Jermaine Dupri collects so many royalty checks, he’s got credit (writing & producing) on so many huge selling albums.
But what should it matter to us…either way Buck is gettin money
