I just saw the Heart Of The City Tour last night here in Baltimore. Mary ripped it apart (Jay was okay-he might want to go over his playlist again cause he had alot of dry spots in his performance). I would most definitely give Mary a 10 out of 10 and give Jay a 7 1/2. If you're a freak and you have tickets make sure you're there early cause Dreams dancers be giving it up. PEACE!
