KRS and Nelly squashed that a long time ago. Nelly even said it himself he was crazy for even opening his mouth. KRS said he respected the fact that Nelly didn’t back down but acknowledged what he said about him. They even spoke about it face to face.

this is some positive shit, but i hope cats dont think only spitting about stuff will lead to actual change. The conditions in the hood and world need to change as well. Besides, many dudes who said stop the violence on this track will probably spit about shooting cats on their albums. The conflicting messages might fuck up the cause further. At least it was an opportunity for some wack and dope emcees to come together as humans first.
