The Lakers Have Traded For Pau Gasol
The Lakers gave up Kwame Brown, rookie Javaris Crittenton and two first-round draft picks for Gasol. The Spaniard is certain to help a Lakers team reeling from recent injuries to inside players, including blossoming center Andrew Bynum.
Will the 1-2 punch of Kobe & Gasol be enough to go deep in the playoffs?
Ali - The lakers are set to be championship contenders for atleast the next 3-5 years. ya dig?!
(Henri, and you knows this…man!) kobe, gasol, bynum, odom and fisher = sick

RealTalkNY, U know ALI is Somewhere smiling right now. Lol…
But I don’t know if Kobe is willing to share the spotlight with anyone. Smart move from the front office. The look like their back court is going to solid for awhile..

Ali’s probably had a party to celebrate. Gasol is nice but has fallen off some.

Lol, Yeah he has fallen off a bit but he definitely going to be a better addition than what they had preceding him. I honestly think KOBE’s nice but I just dont see him getting another ring with the Lakers.

Man do any body know basketball? This trade is one of the best things to happen to My Lakers in a long time. With Gasol, the lakers are in mention with Boston as the best team in the NBA. Guess time a tell…. oh yea Kobe MVP..
you haters…….

The Gasol move just ruined Kobes chances for MVP if Bynum comes back. Kobe, Gasol, and Odom are a big 3 alone. See you niggas in June at the staples center lol.

F*ck what you heard… Lakers will win nex tyear’s NBA Finals.
This year might be a tad premature, since they need to learn to play alongside each other.. and Pau needs to pick up the Triangle Offense.
He’s perfect for the Tri though.. a long PF/C who can Pass, Drive and Shoot from 15ft out.
He also rebounds and blocks shots.
But most important of all, especially in the Tri… He’s got a high BBall IQ.
We were already dominating top teams until A-Bomb went out with his injury.. then Ariza got hit too. We’ve played .500 ball since.. Once they come back, in a month or so, with the addition of Pau..
Forget it, nobody is gonna be eating but us.
We’re gonna gorge ourselves on the rest of the league. You mof*cking haters been a little too comfy, thinking the Lakers were gonna stay down. Get ready for the reckoning b*tches.
Guess who’s bzzzack?!
West Up! 213, Killa Cali!

I was thinking the same thing that starting lineup is going to be crazy. Fisher and Kobe in the backcourt. Then Odom,Gasol, and Bynum(when he returns). Good Luck Western Conference!!!!!!!!!!!!!
