Jim Jones: I don’t know what their turmoil is. You know why I’m pissed off at him [Jay-Z]? He was my favorite rapper and then he just went out like a dud. He had a chance to do the unthinkable and then he did the unthinkable. Where I’m from, loyalty is everything, above and beyond everything. When you violate that, it fucks everything up. Especially when you were the hustler’s poster child and you chose to become a corporate stepchild. That don’t make sense when you’re all black-owned. I took an executive position because I didn’t know the game, I took it to learn both sides of the game; there’s a difference.
Talking about loyalty, what about him on stage with 50 Cent? Jim Jones comments on that situation and says he is cool with Camron in the interview.

That’s the problem with some of these rappers, they are stuck on stupid. So what, he chose to conquer the corporate world. Our main objective is to win right? So if he stops choosing to rap about kilos and shit and is getting his grown man on, what’s the fucking problem. He can’t be twenty and stupid all his life. And as far as dame is concerned, he had a long run and if he wasn’t getting so damned bigheaded and promoting people without consulting with his partner then he must have been ready to do his own thing. I don’t blame Jay for branching out on his own. He did not need anybody else and he didn’t have to deal with the egotistic bullshit. What is Dame doing now? HELLO! I Just Realized That Jomo(Jim Jones) Wants To Be Jay-Z…
It seems like he compares every aspect of his life to Jay, like he was his idol or something. I don’t understand how one week you can say his(Jay-Z) career is over then the next week you say he has some hot joints on his album. i still dont really fully understand why they broke up. but then again, this is a cold business. there isnt much loyalty when it comes to business and money.
responding to rtny, i think in general, the loyalty thing is being taken too far at times in the game. ppl might see that jim jones is not loyal by performin wit 50 cuz hes affiliated with camron. i beleive that if camron and 50 have a problem, thats they personal problems. i think it would be kinda ridiculous if jim jones got involved.
