I work for a news broadcasting station and there is an automatic 5 second delay from the Live show to Aired show. I’m 1000% sure Fox News has a similar system in place if not then they’re looking to get fines up their ass if to many people start complaining to the FCC.

I work as a Sports Reporter and when a show is live, it usually has a 5 second delay…especially after the Janet Jackson incident…So live TV can be censored meaning someone in the control room hears the inappropriate comment and they hit a “censor button” that cuts the comment from being aired…unfortunately, FOX wanted that to happen.
