Mariah Carey’s, "That Chick," Set For Release In April
Mariah Carey’s new album is set to be released this April. According to DiscoPop, LA Reid states he will drop six singles from the album. The UK website got a chance to hear 10 tracks from, “That Chick,” you can read their review Here. Mariah’s last album, “The Emancipation of Mimi,” was the highest selling album of 2005 and went on to go six times platinum.

Mariah is “THAT CHICK” that will always sell millions of albums whatever she drops cause she got a wide of range of vocals that will go with anything. PLUS, she still looking good for her age.

The shoulda used a better photo for the album cover. The way her arms and legs are posistioned and photographed make her look like a deformed alien or fetus. Something just looks a little off in this pic. Do you agree?

I really wish that pic is not the Album cover, maybe just the single cover. It is just so horrible! she’s really sick! all the time showing off that a la carte body she’s gotten as she gets more money (I guess she invested that pay-off from EMI in those huge, enormous, unproportioned breasts, and the legs… since when has MC had a body like that? she used to be so thin!!) anyway… maybe with some clothes on and a bit more lights on, she would look better for an album cover

I love this girl. She can do no wrong. Can not wait to hear something….come on L.A!!! Let us hear something NOW!!!!! And Im not feeling this pic for the album cover….shes too BEAUTIFUL to be looking like that!!

If this is the album cover – it is most horrid and indicates that both Mariah and La Reid must be having some sort of brain freeze. It is utterly ridiculous and inappropriate for a woman of her age and stature and undermines that WONDERFUL career recovery Mariah forged with Emancipation. Frankly speaking this as a cover would be dumb, ill advised and intellectually vacant. It is GAURANTEED to compromise the way the album is received by fans and critics alike. How disappointing…………………………. and shocking!!!!!!!!!!! Really!!!
I cannot be any stronger in my outrage and believe me this is because I really enjoy Mariah’s career and talent and am fed up of these missteps. I am still trying to recover from that Rainbow cover, I cringe everytime I see that thing. Sexy must never look childish, cheap or say that “I am trying way too hard”. Mariah needs to relax and rely and her natural vocal talent and looks.
