AllHipHop.com was attracting five million visitors a month and was on track to hit about $2 million in revenue in 2006. That was four times what it had earned the previous year but not enough to absorb an extra $150,000 in unexpected expenses. Watkins mingled with the crowd and tried to put on a good face. To outsiders, the company appeared to be pulling off a spectacular event, with big-name rappers performing and thousands of fans attending concerts and art shows throughout the week. But Watkins worried that AllHipHop.com was on the verge of collapse.

    interestingly enough I remember going to 2 events during Allhiphop.com week 2006. I recall them giving away the tickets for the concert which I found surprising. No idea they were undergoing that financial situation.

    hey they had good ideas, but they shouldve affiliated themselves with the hottest radio, music tours and search engines instead though. I know allot of hiphop sites that went over board and i dont see em around no more.

    its cuz this site is doing better, I found this site when cam and 50 where first going at it. I googled for the cam video and found Realtalkny.Net, this was the only site that kept updating. I coulda searched the CURTIS video on youtube but i was in school and they block it.
