why all of the current monthly mags—from XXL to The Source to Vibe—are struggling in continuing to try to operate in a

benzino’s career wasn’t truly destroyed by gunit it was his bad choice of going after white boy eminem. But he is bitter because when the source boycotted g unit XXL supported them.
In any case that man wasnt fired because he didnt do his job, he was fired because XXL stopped making money, mostly impart to blog sites like this lol

The story behind Benzino (in brief..
He and Dave Mays were boys growing up. Mays made it big and founded The Source. He gave Benzino a bullshit position at the magazine. That’s why you would always see Benzino / Made Men ads in the Source. Then Benzino released Hangmen 3 with the Made Men and it had a bunch of colaborations on it from artists way above the Made Mens caliber. They were all doing this in return for positive press and advertising from the magazine. Benzino has done a lot of other stupid shit too but I won’t even go there.

Magazines will always sell. Like Comso & Teen Mags and all that other bull crap. But as for HIP HOP mags……The Blogosphere has taking over!!!! LOL….We want content to be immediate…By the time they magazine comes out, it’s already old news!! LOL…They need to change their model on the content they put in

WOW!!!!I almost completely forgot magazines exist anymore for the past 5 years lol and I was a HUGE Source supporter in the 90’s. The internet is changing the entire economy. Soon, what people are getting payed large amounts of money to do, will no longer be ie the arts and entertainment field as well as media.

Ain’t Benzino a yellow nigga himself? And this is the first time I’ve heard anything about Ray since he got fired from The Source a few years ago. That nigga lives in the abyss of hip hop irrelevance. Nobody gives a fuck what he’s got to say. And when he does talk, he embarasses himself. And I’d put $20 on Eliott snuffing him.
