That’s a nice pic of B. Folks was saying B’s gonna try to over-shine Ms. Turner like she tried with Prince, and embarrass herself.

Hmmm we will see if the Divas try to outshine eachother. Jay-Z has won the jackpot if Beyonce ages like Tina Turner

That was an amazing performance. she didnt embarass herself because the next day all they could talk about was how amazing she was. i remember because my sister would not shut up about it.stop being a hater and give the girl her propz that she has rightfuly earned.

she is gonna kill it like she does every performance. cant get any better than a legend saying they will get on stage with you. that speaks voloumes.

realtalk…you should really post about the rest of the other performances (like bey is the only one there and they’re the only ones doing something together)

    Billboard.com:

“Beyonce, Foo Fighters, Carrie Underwood, Mary J. Blige and Rihanna are among the performers confirmed for the 50th Annual Grammy Awards, to be held Feb. 10 at Los Angeles’ Staples Center.

Aretha Franklin, who is the 2008 MusicCares Person of the Year, will share the stage with Blige, the Clark Sisters, Israel And New Breed, the Madison Bumblebees and Trin-I-Tee 5:7 for a gospel segment. And in a special 50th anniversary moment, Rihanna will perform with the Time, which is reuniting for the occasion.”

aww yay TINA! I hope she’s ok….she’s not performed in a long while! Beyonce is gorgeous & I think it’s cute how she tries to emulate Tina….I do it myself lol But I hope she doesn’t try too hard or else it’s gonna look like Tina Turner & her No.1 impersonator lol Beyonce has a lovely voice but it’s never gonna be anything like Tina’s. I’d prefer to see two long-standing queens perform together like Tina & Madonna but I’m sure this highlight will be interesting!

  18. Aleisha Says:

GX…who cares about the other performances or Beyonce for that matter…..this is Tina Turner we’re talking about lol
