Nas is one of those dudes besides scarface and canibus that do what they want and whenever they want. they don´t follow no trend or anybody´s footprints. I respect dude coz he mature with his word play and the stuff he says makes you think and analyze life and try to live positive. Nas will 4ever be one of my biggest inspirations whenever rap is concerened. I just love the way he writes rhymes.

they never pay hommage when a person is still among us. I’ve said this since I 1st heard illmatic (NAS is the best m.c. ever). His only comp was BIG and there hasn’t been anyone better than him since his introduction to the game. All I want to know is, why these videos never get realeased?? We all love Nas, but releasing these videos, from a business perspective, can only help his visibility, sales AND ultimatley bring respect to a culture that is getting raped by those inside the culture (rappers and producers) and those outside the culture (label heads and execs)

Nas is a false prophet now, misleading hip hop on a path of destitution. “Update the east dont try to emulate its past”. A whole generation of hip hop was cut off when corporations took over and extended the life expectancy of a rapper’s career which in turn stunted the growth of up and comers. Instead of putting on old skool rappers Nas should put out new rappers. And not some corporate wannabe puppet but an independent thinking envelope pusher.
