dude is ignorant, but i’m not ashamed to be black because of it. however, i do understand what dude was saying about being ashamed. we rarely have the opportunity to portray ourselves in a good light. so when we get it, its important not to spoil it by speaking ignorance. but honestly, getting shot prior to rap stardom played out with game. cats need to find another way to try to seem hard. getting shot and still living doesn’t make you hard, it means you got shot by a person who couldn’t shoot. which means that it probably wasnt police that shot him. this hard nigga tough shit is getting old. he does all that talking about street this and street that, but if you’ve ever lived in a hood, or been to one, you would know that he talks about things that hella cats do on the day to day basis. it doesn’t make you special to sell drugs, shoot or get shot. that the story of every dude in the “hood”, so what!!!

cats always trying to make their hood sound the toughest. bottom line, if you live ANYWHERE in america, i’ll say it again, if you live ANYWHERE in america, you are better off than 90% of the people in the world. dudes always talk about crime, but they ain’t never been to african countries where there is more poverty, more crime, and way less resources. or some area where it is a literal war zone, where there are tanks and troops shooting where you sleep. these dudes got it confused, seriously.
