i think it all started in Stillmatic on “Destory and Rebuild”.Nas even stated in interviews that when he made Stillmatic-thats when his mom was sick or near her death, he felt as if he wanna destory Hip-Hop (basically express his pain through his music)

#13 It’s a suprise to me hearing that Redman smacked prodigy, but what I’m familiar with is Keith Murray snuffin prodigy in the face because of that interlude before survival of the fittest(That crazy ass space shit that don’t even make no sense)on The Infamous album.I heard Prodigy got punched in the face but he never got snuff Keith Murray cause the cops was around by then.That’s why they dissed Keith Murray on ” In the long run” along with Pac too on that song. it was some unreleased shit.Prodigy been catchin beef for real.
