I beleive he is one of those person’s that have it and is just arrogant and irresponsible when it comes to handling and staying on top of the person that is suppose to handle his bills. When you get to a point to where you are use to having it, and you think that your bigger than the world or most things around you, you tend to neglect the small things that matter especially the things that will come back on you in the future. Maybe if he wasn’t taking so many drugs, he would have a sound and stable mind to make sure his business was being handled the way it was suppose to be handled. This meaning Bills, Kids, and being stopped and arrested for possession of 3 different drugs!
