What does Freeway and Beanie Siegel have to do with this at all…Jay-Z cant live their lives for them..He can’t force them to have star power..he cant force networks to constantly play their videos..and he can’t force radio to play them…he was the President of Def Jam..its not the same as some rapper having their own vanity label where they are hands on with every project…he prolly just makes the big decisions and lets the other shit trickle down to the OTHER PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE..now Im not saying whether he was a good or bad President..but I dont see how there is anyway to judge that..I guess when Jay-Z’s the president nobody’s supposed to flop?..Tell me what little girl is gonna request Bienie Siegle to be played on the radio or on 106 and Park…for the record I have seen Freeways video’s on MTV Jams..these guys just arent that popular anymore..He can’t make people sale records and he cant make people interested in them..these artists have to take their careers in their own hands like Kanye did..and come up with their own marketing plans..you have to make people care about your project or only your tru fans will buy it..no matter how good it is..
