Nas, Jay-Z, Outkast, Icecube. A lot of rapper grow up in our eyes, but never “grow up.” Snoop honestly hasn’t. He’s trying, yeah. At least he can acknowledge it. Some of these older rappers sayin, “Man, I’ll never leave the hood.” That’s why they never are going to success. They don’t seek for the big picture. But there’s more to it on that issue.
