Ya’ll need to get off that bullshit! Regardless of how it happened another black male life is gone!!! This man had a family, friends and fans that loved him and the first thing that comes to some of you dudes backwards ass minds is “It was drugs”, “somebody killed him”, “he said some bad things”! Come on man, lets be real the man has left behind a lot more than just some great music, he had a mother, a wife and children! We on the outside can always put in a UGK CD and reminisce, but think about the people he was closest to and their feelings when they read some of this bullshit! We all have lost someone close to us and wanted our feelings to be respected. Just remember what you want to be said about you when your time comes and think before you speak on the next man. “TELL ME SOMETHIN GOOD”! A true UGK fan knows where Im comin from.

real talk, the cup killed PIMP C, aka, Chad Butler. He was a southern legend. NY dont gotta like him. I remember riding dirty to “Ridin Dirty”. Songs like “one day you here, next day you gone” were part of the Soundtrack of my life when I was 15-16 years old. Ill be thirty in January. One thing I wished: that some of the rappers I loved back then woulda grew up with me. I want to like rap rite now, but I cant. I would say my taste for rap died with PIMP C, but they died way before he did.

@ 158 listen up family. i have heard od him pocket full of stones and shit. you gotta understand a legend is known on all facets not just down south. he wasnt a household name. to alot of people, he wasnt a factor. yeah rip to pimp c. and now that i listened to some songs, he wasnt! at least not to me. take that with a grain of salt.
