Hip-Hopper’s Beverly Hills tear-down: $8,699,000

If all you wanted for Christmas is a home once owned by a celebrity, you’re in luck. There are several on the market.One belongs to hip-hop star Kanye West. While planning their wedding, the rapper and his bride-to-be, fashion designer Alexis Phifer, 31, decided to list his house in the flats of Beverly Hills at $8,699,000. The traditional 3,300-square-foot house, which he bought earlier this year for about $7.2 million, is considered a tear-down.

    Dumb ass bit off more than he can chew. L.A. is RIDICULOUSLY expensive and don’t even come out here tryin’a live like that unless you have a lot of liquid asset. Hell, the average 2 bedroom apartment out here in the Valley or L.A for that matter starts at 1500-1900 and that is not a luxury apartment complex either.

    And didn’t he and Alexis(SMDH…she is NOT who he thinks she is, trust, she is from my neck of the woods in the L.A. area)just feel the need to show the WORLD their home. LMMFAO??!!!

    Anywayz, I bet L.A. Reid ain’t sellin’ his house in The Hamptons and I bet Jay-Z ain’t havin’ NO PROBLEMS makin’ his lease payments on his 22 million dollar apartment overlooking Central Park. SMDH.
