The whole process of making the jeans in japan isn’t cheap what so ever. Those jeans are probably set you back a good 500-600$ because of the quality denim or cotton + on top of that there probably going to Selvage jeans witch have to hand stiched.

Quality Over Quantity is what he’s seeing as the brand.

But knowing Lupe the bag isn’t cow leather and is very High quality and the Gold accents are probably real good too.

I heard Lupe did the graphics for this line and all I have to say is leave the graphic design to the designers brother. Or at least work on your artistic skills. Not trying to hate but just because you are Lupe doesn’t mean you are a designer. Looks very amateurish, which could have been his intent, but knowing your history in apparel from his interviews, it displays the skills of a new designer (logo wise). The clothes and pieces themselves look very good as far as craftsmanship. But the doodled chipped Caesar (illustrator made) insignia is not a good look.

I think there’s one of those LOVE statues in NY cuz I’ve never been to Chi town and I swear I’ve seen it somewhere. Plus the taxi says NYC TAXI on the side soo…. yeah… but if its soooo exclusive in Japan and is in like… one store in Chi town why do the promo pics in NY??? Whatever..
