The maximum Kanye win is 6 cus two catogories have two of his songs so he cant win all 8. The list is wack there is probably better songs out there but these songs are what have done well this year chart wise and that is why hip hop is at a stage where this type of music will be nominated. The Grammys is from the out side looking in so they go with the charts.

Crank Dat was a really big record. I know we all crack jokes and hate on it cause its apart of the new formula for hiphop that niggas cant stand. That and he not talkin about shit lol. But that song is pushing that lil nigga towards gold status in regards to album sales. Grammys are a popularity contest to a certain extent so dont knock that young nigga for being hot right now. That song is like Lean Back, Make it Rain, Ballin ect. They playing it overseas, local radio, satellite, crossover top 40 radio ect. And its just a nomination so far so who cares.

Lil Weasel - One of the worst that’s touching the mic right now and will get is wake up call when his album drops (like his last one flopped). He thinks he’s nice and has a flow and he sounds like a young kid on a yellow bus. Lyrics have no substance and don’t hold weight wet.
Kanye - Jacks every rappers’ lyrics and injects a line or two of his own. Steals from other producers and puts his twist on it. Isn’t a rapper, but a papper - he’s a pop rapper and should be in his own category along with BEP. The only reason why he beat 50 in the battle is because he’s an “artist” not a “rapper” - that was the difference. He’s a pop artist and shouldn’t even be mentioned on rap pages.
