I have to agree with certain precaution however..Lupe has made a name for himself, maybe due to Kanye’s fame. However his entrance into celebrity status, he has good lyrical content, and that is the most important aspect of a good hip hop albulm.

Without googling, can you name every track by ATCQ?

it’s not lu’s fault that he didn’t know the lyrics. he grew up on that gangsta ish. that performace was pretty good though considering that he did like the first few bars and finished the last 2. lol i like busta just turned everyone into his hypemen lol.

if u don’t like lu he already addressed u in dumb it down so u have no need to comment…..he’s the best lyrically in my opinion although hiz delivery,swag and vids could b betta. but he’s still a lil underrated in my opinion

I don’t know what’s all the hate for. Lupe is that dude. he brings dope lyrics and beats. what more could you ask for… I know a lot of people were tight about his ATCQ comments, but that doesn’t take away the fact that he is a dope MC… I bet most people on this site couldn’t name more than 4 tracks made by tribe.
can’t wait for december to cop the cool. if its anything like food and liquor, its gonna be classic. that’s still in heavy rotation

I dunno why people hated Lupe for the Vh1 perfomance because he messed up, he obviously respect them but he just wasn’t bumping them. Can’t wait for his album it gonna be pure fire ….

Lupe is cool he one of the dopest up and coming mcs. Jay-Z co produced his first album so Jay seen his talent, how can anybody just say he is wack and compare him to Soulja Boy that is just pure hate cus that is not being honest with yourself, Lupe is a dope mc. I was a bit mad at his comments but at the end of the day I wasn’t up on ATCQ that much either so I could see where he is coming from.
