What I cant understand is that all of you brothaz who have a problem with snitching aint considering that in the gangsta life everyone is out for themselves. If you arent then are you really gangsta? If you’re faced with 70 years vs 15 years and all you need to do is identify some criminals, family or otherwise, which would you choose? You would actually be stupid enough to keep your mouth shut, serve 70 years, probably die in prison rather than tell on folks who don’t care about you, living large on the outside, laughing at you cause you got caught? That is the dumbest choice any intelligent human being could ever make. Now I know why we (Blacks) fill up the jails. Not because someone forced us to be locked up. We actually CHOSE to be there. We got a long way to go people. We need to wake up because 20 years from now aint nobody gonna care that you kept your mouth shut. Nobody. And there you sit. Locked up – for nothing.

your right Kaseem in real life Alpo did get arrested in DC(The Alpo Story)if you had any intelligence, I clearly stated that “it’s like in paid in full when AZ setup Alpo”I used the example from the movie to purpose that people like Lucky Luciano had done things like this to a Vito Genovese. My point wasn’t for the movie. it was for the fact that I never heard anyone called Luciano a snitch for doing that to Vito Genovese( they was both the dons for the Luciano/Genovese crime family.maybe that’s something yall don’t know too much about but that’s a street dude I’m talkin about here that I never heard was accused of snitching,just very cunning in dealing with his enemies. There’s a big difference with overglorifying a street code and dealing with your circumstance and the purpose of not ratting is loyalty to your friends and protecting yourself and not using a bigger force( the police) if you are a fellow hustler.for Frank Lucas, he used the police for the police, not the police for his fellow hustlers or friends.just wanted to know what yall thought of that. I think with Frank Lucas situation, I don’t like to call him a snitch but more states evidence.There’s a big difference between states evidence and tellin on your fellow hustlers. It’s like in paid in full when AZ setup Alpo with the work but before that he tipped off the cops. They even did it in the mob back in the days between Luciano and Genovese. Genovese went to jail because Luciano set him up with the cops.Is Lucky Luciano a snitch? I never heard anyone call him a snitch.
