i like the superstar joint but…..go gadget flow? lol i know he a concept rapper and everything, but i heard he got a song on there where he’s a cheeseburger. i cant ride around in my whip listening to a nigga rap about being a cheeseburger. the conceptual rap shit is real creative, but sometimes i just cant rock wit dude. the whole kick push shit was kinda wack to me, but the beat was nice. im a real nigga livin in a real world that does real things, i like real music, not concepts and robots and gadgets and shit. but dude is different tho, its a good look for hip hop

i hear what u sayin 2 cents, im not sayin im real and he not. the feds might be watchin both of us, ya dig? but im just sayin that he doesnt rap about REAL THINGS in a lot of his songs. he makes up shit. and while its creative, the fact remains that its not real. im not sayin a nigga gotta rap about sellin drugs all the time, but look at ghostface. he’s one of my favorites because he always talks about real shit. but he came out wit the underwater joint on fishscale, and it was conceptual, and it was dope too. so its cool to do that, but 90 percent of fishscale was real stories and situations. probably 60 to 80 percent of lupe album is gonna be about the jetsons, and goin to the moon and bein a cheeseburger and shit. i cant rock wit that, thats all im sayin. i like hearin about real shit a nigga goes thru, not some shit a nigga sat down and made up…thats not ill to me. maybe he’s ahead of his time and i just need to catch up, but i dont know if i’ll ever like hearin niggas make up shit and put it on records all the time. if it comes to that i might just start listening to jazz. at least its real instruments getting played by real musicians
