Yeah we all know Mistah Fab can’t fuck with Royce lyrically but he got ate up at the AllHipHop joint which seems to be the cause for his touchiness. If Fab made a song outside of the competition, I haven’t heard it. The first minute of this joint is enough of a dis to Fabby.

In addition, you can’t hate on the Bay Area influence to Hip-Hop…Fuck that Commercial ass Hyphy shit aside, you can’t knock Digital Underground, Too Short and the Heiroglyphics for their impact!! That is the one spot that has the most variety of hip-hop…Nobody over there sounds the same. Too Short was nothing like Souls of Mischief, Souls was on some other shit from Spice-1, Spice is on some other shit than Saafir, Saafir ain’t nothing like E-40, and so on. As far as this battle goes, it’s more like JV getting dusted by Varsity in a scrimmage. We all know Mistah came with better 16’s at Allhiphop…But even Supernatural and Juice (90% of yall probably don’t even know who they are, especially if this was your first time hearing Royce!)don’t win every battle.

But be real Da Realspitt, your man got his ass handed to him in this battle…Royce is lyrically superior to this cat on wax, and the mismatch is apparent. There is a difference between battlers and writers. Fab is strictly a battle MC, I haven’t heard one song of substance from that dude. Besides me, he has fewer fans outside his town than Royce does. Nobody knew Fab except as that clown who sampled Ghostbusters. His first single is on some straight up cornball gimmick shit. Unless you’ve ever heard that cat just freestyle, you wouldn’t even know he’s a real MC. Thank god for Youtube!! He needs to step his creativity and writting game up and stop just spitting stream of conscience flows with no meaning. Fabby can recover because Royce didn’t exactly “Ether” him, but he got “Bitch in you’D” at least

Royce is the complete rapper just with one fatal flaw – He can’t make hooks and has poor ear for beats. Rap is 90% hook and beat now (ask 50 Cent and LIL Jon), if you don’t have “A drink and my Two-step” type joint that is catchy for the broads, then fuggetaboutit. Hopefully with Preemo and Nottz on the boards for his next two albums, people will finally get to see what a great MC Royce is. I can’t believe he JUST turned 30, he’s been around so long since the Bad Meets Evil days.
