Hmm, this time around I got to say the cop is not at fault. Yes the girl is small and young but she would not cooperate and even tried to bite the man. He tried for a minute and a half to get her to put her hands behind her back and she would not listen. What are your thoughts?

lmao why is it at the last few seconds of the clip I was excepting home girl to run past the camera and into what looks like a field to try and escape. I don’t see this as a “blame the parents” issue. Even though she looks young you don’t know how old this young lady is. And as far as I see it parents can teach their children from here to high heaven, ultimately they will do as they choose. Shit you can beat your child from here to high heaven they will do as they choose what are parents supposed to do then? Plus if you beat your child too much or too hard child services will come looking for that ass. I blame her and her alone. If she wasn’t doing anything wrong she should have just complied and deal with it in court she simply compounded the issue.

personally the cop was doing his damn job. However, the mace and the punch in the face was totally uneccesary. That muthafucka is a grown ass man. The cop did what he had to do point blank. He didn’t want to hurt her and she was trying to bite him so he had to defend himself. I think she was on some type of drug or something. He was justified in this case.

That cop showed a lot of restraint because if that little chick would have bit me and was doing all that, I would’ve whooped her ass. I hate the police but she wouldn’t listen. The pepper spray was necessary because he didn’t want 2 break her arm, the punch was a quick reaction from the bite. Ok………the snuff was just a reaction to the bite. If he had use the proper hold on the hand and wrist, she would have complied in the begining. Try’n to give someone a break always ends up this way. She could have got cuffed and simply talked to the officer about whats going to happen. The officer was more then lenient with her. He could have done far worse and contrary to people saying he should have tasered her thats far worse then what he did. This was hard to watch. Even if the girl was in the wrong. It was just hard to watch. She is a minor after all. The punch was unnecessary but so was the bite. I really don’t consider this brutality. However, a lot of real brutality occurs and either way I still just can’t stand police. That will never change. I feel that he should have been able to detain such a little girl easier though. That’s just my opinion, but then again I’ve never had to be in his position.
