SO NIGGAS BECOME FELONS. We know for a fact that drugs are put in our communities. SO NIGGAS SAY “I DON’T WANNA WORK FOR THE WHITE MAN” AND BECOME DRUG DEALERS, GET BUSTED AND PAY WHITE LAWYERS, JUDGES LAW ENFORCEMENT, just like our fahter, uncle , brother, homey did and the results where the same dead or in jail. let be real. If you live in the projects ( they just openly call it a project) or poor its because some body didnt do what they needed to do before, and when you got here! Niggas will say they will die for thier hood, block, niggas etc, but won’t live for thier kids. WE HAVE A PROBLEM PEOPLE! AND WE ENDORSE IT!

We are a people of obvious illusions. WE know exactly what the plan is yet we defend and support all thats wrong with our people! A majority of Black people ( in the hood) are on automatic, there is no longer a need for “THE MAN” to worry any more becuase we do the job for them. Generation of people in every hood done stood on the same blocks and got killed, or arrested and another nigga takes their place as if the outcome is the same. A nigga will say bill and oprah ain’t give us jobs or money, and thats the problem niggas want to be given something! Who in the hell gave oprah her money or bill his? Or any succesfull person in this world? we know for a fact its harder for felons to get a good job.

@ 3 (drizzle) I said I heard you, meaning I agree BUT, YOU put too much value in monety (not sure if it was “the topic” or not but YOu brought it into the fold.

Supporting OUR OWN and competeing WITH OTHERS are VERY different! and we could do both at one time.

P.s. 30+ and grew up in one of the poorest cities in the country in my youth.

@ #34 (yuu Serious) maybe they jus see hip hop in the same eyes a lot of 30-50 year olds see “lean wit it rock wit it”, and “superman”.

what i really dislike about cosby and oprah is..instead of getting to know hip-hop all they do is bash it because they think that because of how educated and succesfull they are they think that they are bettter than hip-hop.

im starting to dislike this blog site..because everytime i look at this site this reminds u of how ppl are attacking hip-hop aand how there are “resuls” showing how dangerous or less intelligient us black ppl are

2 Cents its not too much value put on money…….and obviously you are in a state where money is not hard to come by. I mean lets be serious Majority of people do not go to school and college to get an education…People go thru that process so they can one day be in a good position to MAKE GOOD MONEY!!….Not sure how old you are but how information do you remember from High School??…And if Money wasnt a main priority we wouldnt as a society being paying thousands of dollars to receive an education…..This whole world is Money driven…And supporting black owned business has nothing to do with the discussion at hand…I thought the topic was on the lack of education in poor communities and the lack of parenting…..With all due respect your comment on supporting black companies is whats wrong with us today….We need to stop trying to just support our race and put ourselves in better places to compete WITH ALL RACES!!…And going on Oprah and selling a book talking down to us is not going to do that at all it starts by going to the problem and fixing it…..You go fix the problem then you go on Oprah and discuss and create awareness….And anybody who thinks Bill Cosby is doing this because he feels this in his heart you are sadly mistaken…..For example how many times have you seen him on TV discussing this??…It isnt like he cant be on television….

Thats all responsible folks ask for. We had decent child hoods in general back in the 70’s -80’s even in the madness but now almost every 10-17 yr old has to fend for themselve and they can’t simply enjoy life like a lot of us did?

If black people maintained and supported black businesses we would be in a better state but were too busy saying we can do better than the next black man but never thinking we can do better than most white folks.
