When people (and im assuming some of yall aint black) talk about getting an education and stayin out the streets I can kinda tell who actually went to public inner city schools and who stayed in the hood.

Environment and parents are the two most important things in a young persons life. And when you black both of those things are rare (for a multitude of reasons). Either its a single parent household, so moms is working two jobs or do whatever to make ends meat, while pops not around or doing something illegal for income.
