The music industry itself is kinda at fault… Im not saying downloads dont hurt sales
but muisc needs to get back to its creative roots. To many A&R’s have like a dumb cookie cutter formula they keep tryin to fit new artist into. I dont wanna hear 10 artist doing the same thing. Thats why Jay-Z – D.O.A was so controversial. But he was on point. If everybody using Auto-Tune, it all starts to sound the same. How many times do they expect us to go out and buy stuff that sounds the same.

Labels need to be realistic. If u take a gamble on a gimmicky artist realize that it is just that; a gamble… There is a possibility that they may flop…
Quality artist make quality music… Downloaded or Purchased if the songs are hot people will pay to see you perform, which historically is where artist make most of there money anyway.

but that shit is wrong. they should appeal. she probly doesnt even have 200 grand worth of music. make her pay as much as it would cost to get get all those cds. this is vindictive. punishment does not fit the crime.

id rather do a couple weeks in jail than pay that fine.
