I have heard this song on the radio like 5 times it previewed in Atlanta on V-103 yesterday and the quality of this preview doesn’t do the song justice! I definitely agree with #9 and #3. This album is going to be classic and unlike many she is being creative not sticking to the same formula. The music doesn’t sound like anything out right now, I can’t wait until 11/13.

i think shes great but she sound like a man singing on this joint. i uderstand tryin to be different but that shit was not cute. i dont like her voice on that joint. i would have perfered a different tone of voice. i think she took it a little to far with the deep voice.

This song is fire!!! The quality of the track on here is taking away from how hot it really is. Alicia definitely stepped it up and grew as an artist! She is making some classic type music not something that will be here today and hated tommorrow! For those thinking she sounds like a dude it is because this preview has terrible quality it almost sounds chopped and screwed. 11/13 A. Keys is shutting things down.

Alicia is bringing some wack material this time around and that’s keeping it real. She’s an ok singer but she sounds too strainy like she struggling or something. What happened to the fallin Alicia? IMO Beyonce is a much better singer and much prettier and Alicia STANS that’s my opinion.

And on the real whoever said Alicia can act kill yo self b/c what acting has she done besides that one movie I can’t even remember the name of. Say what u want about Bey’s acting but at least she was in big name movies that went straight to number 1.

I love both ladies but I gotta keep it real. Alicia needs to step her game up b/c this new material ain’t shit compared to her first c.d. on the real.

I think the song epitomizes GREAT music, meaningful lyrics, and incredible production. It is so amusing to me how so many people love to mention Beyonce, Ciara or any other hot artist out right now when new music arrives. It is quite disturbing that we are always comparing. Honestly, I love music, and there are multiple artist out who have amazing voices (Monica, Jill Scott, Keyhia Cole, Mary, X-tina Aguilera etc…) However, there is a difference between creating music and singing songs. Alicia keys is incomparable because she sings, writes, arranges, produces, plays classical piano, guitar, and she also creates songs for OTHER artist, check out “Impossible” on X-Tina’s stripped album, or “Warrior song” on Nas’s God’s Son album. That is why after 2 studio albums she has 9 Grammys already. She can be mentioned in the same breath as Stevie, Marvin, Donny Hathaway, Aretha, Roberta, Lauryn Hill, ETC. Not to mention she is classy and very articulate. Think about it. As a young black woman I relate to her, and I am proud that she represents freedom, non haterism, so stop hating. Please. She will be a musical legend, guaranteed.
