Yo…I saw this shit live last night and I was dying. I was so happy to see two intelligent black man from seeminging outside sides of the sphere (Princeton professor and hip hop entertainer) come together I express their viewpoints in an informative yet comedic manner. I love it. And Bill Maher is my nigga. He tells shit like it is no matter who its going to offend or which friends he might lose because of it.

i loved that interview only thing i disliked and dislike about it is how bill attacked muslims and the quran the book doesnt say kill kill kill not once does it say that it actually says engage in combat with those who terrorize you “how ironic” and btw it spread so fast in its early days because the muslims then were actually using the book correctly and acting in the ways god wanted them to others saw that and joined….do ur history theres 10 million christians living today in egypt a muslim country and 90 million muslims in that same country if the noble quran said kill i think theyd be dead by now…

I love Bill Maher’s show and I have to admit that I didn’t really know much about Mos Def, but he totally lost me when he said he didn’t believe in Al Qaeda. His heart is in the right place, but he (and anyone who believes that garbage) needs to do a little research. The “Government” didn’t make up Al Qaeda, officials and newspeople from all over the world have been involved with researching them and investigating Al Qaeda. The Iraqi people talk about fighting them, former members talk about being in the organization, etc. etc. Do you think our government runs Al Jazeera too?

He even said he doesn’t think they really went to the moon!!! I’m sorry if it offends people, but when you sound that ignorant, nobody is going to take anything else you say seriously. It’s too bad, because he’s dead on about the Jenna Six. At least Maher brought the incident up.

Mos Def is an idiot, I’ve lost all respect for him by the crap he was vomiting on Maher’s show. Osama wasn’t behind 9/11? The moon landings were faked? There is nothing promoting violence against infidels in the Koran? George Washington was a terrorist?! Please, the man didn’t go after civilians, he went after the British Army! That’s not terrorism, it’s a civil war or revolution! And worst of all Def could barely articulate his arguements, thank God West was there to to attempt to explain whatever drivel that moron was saying.
