Positive rappers don’t sale cause its easier to turn up “I Get Money” or “Can’t Tell me Nothin” than it is some positive stuff. Most people like the msg but the replay value is poor and like juicey said the beats are usually sub-par.

HE ROCKED WITH ANOTHER ARTIST, PRINT I BELIEVE ANOTHER DOPE ASS MC. THEY BRING THAT HIT MAKE A DUDE WANNA JUMP UP. I HEARD ALOT FROM THEM GUYS. CANT WAIT TO HEAR MORE. HE GOT A DOPE SHOW. ROCKS WITH A LIVE BAND ON SOME ROOTS SHIT. SO I MEAN HE CAN DEF DELIVER A ENJOYABLE SHOW. THE ONLY CRTIQUE I WOULD HAVE IS HE NEEDS TO BE VERSITLE IN IS CATALOG OF MUSIC. TRY TO CROSS ALL BORDERS OF HIP-HOP. HIP-HOP WAS NEVER ONE SIDED. this guy mercy is a 3/5 he has a good flow he does kinda sound like lupe,but his beats are kinda weak he needs more bass so it can make da songs livlier but i dont think he will sell unless he gets real big on da mixtapes like juel ortiz or papoose or cassidy…

for me, i love positive lyrics, but alot of times thats all the song has, like this dude Mercy, his flow is good but the beats are boring. its rare for a positive artist to have beats that i like.
