Real Talk With 50 Cent
RealTalkNY.net got a chance to interview one of the biggest rappers in the game, none other then 50 Cent aka Cuuuurtis. We discussed his new album, “Curtis,” his business ventures, his thoughts on Hip Hop, his top 5 hottest rappers list and if having money has changed him. We were told to focus on business & not the frivolous controversial issues, so of course we had to adhere to that. We had to respect the wishes of Interscope, especially since no other blog gets to interview 50 Cent.

…And you can tell he idols Hov like Hov idols Biggie and Pac…Fif must’ve said his name like 5-6 times, but in a discreet, comparitive, low-key manner, so it don’t look like he dickriding…Fif got A LOT of respect for the man…
…But, based on this interview I don’t think he’ll ever be the same lyrically…He don’t give a f*ck no more…It’s like he lost the drive and motivation and ran out of material/gimmicks now that he paid and he accomplished what he did…I think he gonna divert his focus to the business/movie aspect of things after his last obligatory LP for interscope…Wise decision…

One thing people forget about 50 is, he’s not out of touch with the people. He’s does interview after interview, after interview after interview… i know that nigga got be tiiired of them mofuckas asking him the same questions.. but he does it anyway.

I co-sign Mi Mi on the lack of drive for albums. I think its normal. If he was pressured by interscope to drop albums he might want to do it more. Maybe he will put more into his possible last album on interscope. 50 is more than a rapper though, this nigga is a product. Household name type shit. Yeah Hov did sell Roc-a-Wear 4 a little over 200 million, but after taxes Uncle Sam ain’t the only one on the take shawty, which prolly leaves Jay with approximately 105-115 million. It’s like hitting the lottery, u can’t take the jackpot for face value.
