My top 5 is def Jigga, Em, Nas, Biggie, Pac, in that order, wit Fabo def movin on up the list, Kanye maybe in the top ten, but certainly not top 5, and as far as lil wayne goes, yea he has his moments, “Im so cool even I wanna be me/”, but in the words of jay, “at least keep it consistent/”, he aint top ten till he has something to compare to reasonable doubt, Illmatic, or the Marshall Mathers l.p.

Eminem may be on the sidelines right now…but any hip hop artist that is in the top 10 list of hip hop money makers this year are “in” the “game” to me IMO. Eminem topped the list, meaning he got his foot halfway in the door, AND HE WAS FEATURED ON A COUPLE OF SINGLES WITH 50 AND AKON IN LATE 2006, which was around the same time HOV and NAS dropped their singles….and that sounds pretty current to me…
