G-Unit Album In The Works, Possible 50 Cent/Jay-Z Collabo On Eminem’s Next Album
RealTalkNY was chilling at Power 105 with the world famous DJ Clue while he interviewed 50 Cent. I was hoping to get a chance to sneak in a question or at least get some pictures. My hopes were quickly dashed, but I kind of expected it. Anyway I just chilled during the interview since I was going to Common’s party afterwards anyway. Pretty annoying to be sitting a few feet from the man and not being able to get any footage but it happens. Props to DJ Clue for giving RealTalkNY a shout out on air. Look out for DJ Clue’s upcoming DVD.
Funny thing is when I first got to the building 50 walked right past me. He had no security and was just walking with a group of guys including Tony Yayo. 50 came in the room and gave everyone daps. He seem like a funny guy, cracking a lot of jokes and brining up stores from his past. He talked about MTV’s Hottest MCs list for a while. He was pretty much shocked by Game being third and stated he should have his spot since he wrote his first three singles. 50 Cent went on to call Sway a burger lol. He talked about artist on the list and said Lil Wayne made decent music. He said he gave him a nudge for doing a song with Ja Rule(50 Calls Lil Wayne A Whore).
50 stated him and Jay-Z will be doing a collabo on Eminem’s next album. 50 also said to look out for him on the re-release of Justin Timberlake’s latest album. When asked what rappers would he sign, he said Remy Ma, and Fabolous. He would like a project with Fabolous & Lloyd Banks working together. When Nas was brought up, 50 said he doesn’t hate him, but he doesn’t understand him. Also a G-unit compilation album is currently in the works, expect production by Swizz Beatz & Timbaland

HOV on a EM track would be CRAZY…2 of the greatest emcees on a track…R u kidding me?!…I guess HOV is just returning the favor from when EM was on HOV’s RENEGADE record…plus HOV got that respect for EM’s lyricism, so why wouldn’t he? That track should go hard…As far as 50 being on the track with them…I would have to hear it to believe it…But if he is IM SURE EM WILL BE WRITING HIS VERSE…cause 50 can’t keep up with EM and HOV. lol

I respect 50 as a business man, but that’s where it ends. He is a phisad/gimmick that people buy into and I can see right through it. He’s all about getting that paper, but the way he went/goes about doing it is ridiculous. I’m a great advocate for loyalty and respect…and quite frankly 50 HAS NEITHER. The way he disrespects his g-unit members and entertainers is a turn off to me. I understand that it’s all publicity to gain him greater acknowledgment, but he needs to be humble, just like the greats in the game and those in the game that have A LOT more than he does. He has disrespected EVERY person that got him to where he is today, at one point or another, such as Dre & Em. He goes as far as to disrespect his child hood companion, Lloyd as well. The only 2 people 50 has given loyalty/respect to are Yayo and his Grandma…but I feel that if it comes down to selling his last buck and the dough aint rolling in no more, he would resort to something as petty as turning his back on them as well.
I used to LOVE 50 as a rapper in his mixtape days and on his first LP (he was one of my favs)…but then his head got too big, money changed him and he became too fickle/disloyal/disrespectful. I can’t respect that…but, what I do respect is his business acumen.
It’s one thing to disrespect entertainers/people you don’t know…but when you start taking that disrespect to the people that put YOU on and to your in house crew…I can’t rock with that, cuz that says a lot about you as a person…and the only reason 50 is back on EM’s team is cuz after he started talking shit…he immediately realized HOW MUCH he needed EM, which is why in interviews and what not you see him kissing his ass and talking about EM to the highest power.
I can go on an on, about how his style of writing and demeanor has changed from now to when I used f*ck with him, back in the day…but that would take ALL day. Like we understand you allegedly got shot 9 times but, after his first album he should’ve left it at that…he rode that story into ground as his claim to fame, IMO, (lol at him coming out with G UNIT bullet proof vest clothing attire)…and still rides the coat tail of that story from time to time….I can go on…but i’m not trying to write a dissertation. lol.
lol and giving love to my DUDE Chi cities…much love/respect. Chi town definately up on things…Lupe Fiasco, Kanye West, Common, Twista etc…, they have A LOT of SENSE when it comes to good music….much respect.
