EMINEM is the top lyricist to me bacause he showed everyone he had a lot to prove after comng out. He’s not only considered as the best white rapper but as one of the best rappers period. He gave fans wordplay, sick rhymes, storytelling and cynical humor. He’s released 3 great albums, Marshall Mathers being the best from a lyrical standpoint of view and Eminem SHow being the best in overall production and maturity. Yes Encore was lackluster and didn’t give fans what they wanted fully but the album wasn’t album which proves hes still consistent. Not to mention he made one of the biggest deals ever by signing 50 Cent, the only rap artist alive that sells ALMOST as much as Em does himself. Many artist paved the way for him but hes the only white artist who’s done it like he has. He’s the Grammy and Academy award winning rapper whose still has a lot to prove.
