Beyonce is STILL the baddest/hottest chick in the game HANDS DOWN, but I must say….all the extra work she’s been putting in lately, and being coined “the hardest working woman in the business” are working to her disadvantage at this point in time. With the exception of the Essence picture, the Ciara pictures are old. Ciara may not have hip anymore but she was much thicker when she first came out and very much so had hips. Even in the video for “Promise” she was thicker.

I see nothing wrong with the way she looks in the white outfit. Some people just want to have something to say. Furthermore you can’t even see her hip area because she has it covered with that scarf.
