Yall take entertainment to personal… I sit back and read all this and laugh.. Let me break it down
1. Its a business… remember that before you jump on any rapper no matter where he from for getting on music made for KIDS… a bay bay is not for you 25 and older cats… LET THE KIDS HAVE THEIR MUSIC and stay in your zone..
2. I love how you claim the east west south north but you don’t own any of it… Its ok to have home pride however, how many of you vote or take part in your community? If you really want to rep where you from buy some land and get involved in your community.
3. Your favorite rapper is not a sell out for getting on something you don’t like. At the end of the day they just trying to get paid and make good music. Hip hop fans are the toughest fans. If your last album is bad you will loose them. So when you see jadakiss do something like this, he trying to keep his fan base up and appeal to the demographic that buy music and ringtones… (the young folks). They called MC hammer a sellout because he was commercial but now it’s ok to go commercial.
4. I realize now more than ever that its pointless in fussing over who the best rapper is because people like different artist for different reasons.. Some just like who is hot or who sells the most and some actually can relate.. I don’t have ice on my neck, I haven’t been shot and I don’t sell drugs anymore so I cant relate to most of the stuff out but I can respect the business side.. I can relate to that because im a business man so I can relate to Jay z because he went from street to a business man however I don’t make the money he makes.. but I never say never…
All im saying is fall back and enjoy the music.. if you want to stand behind a cause I can give you more important ones to fight over than being mad at the south or north and the music they put out.. Just my 2 cents..
