Kanye & Knievel Still Not Resolved
The iconic motorcycle daredevil and the 30-year-old rapper notified a federal judge Tuesday they will use a mediator to try to settle a lawsuit Knievel filed over the use of his trademarked image in a popular West video.
The 68-year-old Knievel claimed infringement on his trademarked name and likeness. He also claimed the “vulgar and offensive” images depicted in the video damage his reputation.
If Kanye West was a country singer, I don’t think this would of been an issue.

Maybe this has not been settled because kanye talked about walkin’ with jesus and knievel is very close to doing the same thing. Kanye made a prophecy on the man’s life. I’d probably mad too. He may want to use that money to pay for his funeral costs.
