If you wanna make money online you gotta understand that it takes money to make money so you would have to recruit some more people to work for you in getting more exclusives, getting into more parties, and shows- and believe me when you start spending money on employees you start looking at the game in a WHOLE DIFFERENT way, your hustle goes up a couple 100 notches and you start to hunger for that break, and I think thats what you need. Hell, you might even get bought out by sites like Allhiphop if your shit is just right. You will always have a community online as long as you keep up the blog, and its simplicity will keep bringing new fans but change is not bad, it just depends on HOW you change. In my opinion you just need to clean up the look a little and start hustlin to get wayyyy more exclusive interviews, when people in the industry see you and your runners every day they’ll either just get used to it, or get annoyed by it, both ways you get recognition.

RealTalkNY is the new crack, don’t stress about that Anon bitch (and you know she gotta be a chick cuz shes always bitchin alllllll the time, dudes never nag like bitches do, we get straight to the point and help our brothers out if possible )

Maybe add something like Music reviews for the recent albums that have recently hit the stores. The layout could be better though how about hitting us with some upcoming artists to look out for and upcoming albums to look out forever.

My advice is to don’t try to change the site to be like SOHH, AllHiphop or the other web sites. Think about it; out of the numerous R&B singers that appears on the scene, Beyonce remains to be the top dog because she consisently brings something new and different on the table, and therefore, seperates herself from the other singers. With Real Talk NY, I get stuff that i wouldn’t get anywhere else and that’s why i stopped going to Allhiphop and began religiously i go here. So in short,keep doing the good job you have been doing so far and fuck the haters.

I think you shouldn’t worry about exposure just yet. You’re growing. You were nothing this time last year and you’re progressing nicely. I used to get all my info from allhiphop’s IC, but since they took it down and came with some bullshit, i usually come here…the layout could be simplified a little bit,but other wise i think this site serves it’s purpose really well.

REALTALK “newyork” is limiting your demographic. People perceive the ny part as limiting it to new york’s music scene or point of view. so im sure the name comes up but they jus view it as “local” to just newyork.

Im in orlando and im on this site allot because yall update much quicker than concreteloop does.

Nonetheless Concreteloop + realtalkny + bossip
+ allhiphop = my favorite sites i check them in that order everyday when i come in to work.
