This is why I guess they say the truth will set you free….A couple of days ago I posted a blog on MySpace to explain to the fans, (I dont even like to call them fans,) But the people who enquire everyday about the hold up of my project..Never was it posted to disrespect Atlantic Records or to seem ungrateful or unapreciative..I dont know HOW it became a media fiasco or all of that but my intentions were to solely let the people now about my frustrations and the hold up of my album….Now, as corny as this internet shit is, its also great because now you can get both sides of a story instead of getting caught up in that he say, she say shit…..Now I consider Just Blaze a friend and a mentor and respect him as an artist and a man, but I didnt understand why he would post a blog to the world only telling 1/3 of a story before even attempting to contact me at all and I dont know how it went from Saigon Vs. Atlantic to Saigon vs. Just Blaze when Ive never even mentioned him at all…The power of the dollar man…
These guys need to be talking in person and not over the net. Although it gives fans insight on the music industry which is interesting.

Saigon isnt wack. he is just not in demand by the public. All the record label care about is making money and if the public (the money) is not interested in you then they wont push your album. I agree stop with the putting your business in the internet and just talk face to face, shit is not what grown men should do.
The public is “interested” in what the Corporations want. The consumers, “the public” listens like robots. Of course you have real hip hop fans who can decipher the difference between rap and hip hop, but the masses, the “public” isn’t aware and generally don’t care. THey just tune into 106 and park, hot97, etc. and get fed whateva the corporations see fit. I feel they probably should talk face to face, but god damn….muthafuckas usually don’t communicate at all, they just act on rumors and “he say-she say” bullshit so i’d commend them on atleast puttin their words up instead of some website misquoting or not stating their opinions and thoughts correctly.
Out here in L.A., I have never heard of him but I am willin’ to give just about anyone a chance IF you are not making another fuckin’ song about a CORNEY ASS, EASY ASS dance you and your crew have made up LMBAO!!!!
