After an extended Hollywood stay, BET welcomes the Philadelphia diva, EVE to host RAP CITY beginning June 18, 2007 through June 22, 2007@ 5 p.m./ET. Just in time for her senior album, “Here I AM,” EVE is ready to flip the turntables at RAP CITY to a lady’s perspective this Black Music Month.

RAP CITY fans get ready for one of the most inspiring and empowering episodes in hip hop yet, as Eve brings in five of the most momentous women in hip-hop as they discuss the current state of women in hip-hop, the power of women in the industry, and how physically appealing the game has become.

Viewers can expect to see, editor-in-chief for Vibe magazine, Mimi Valdes, rap’s street-sweetheart Remy Ma, hip-hop’s past present and future, DJ Jazzy Joyce, Britain’s own Monie Love and last but certainly not least, the female rap intellect, Dr. Roxanne Shante, not to mention “the magnificent” DJ Jazzy Jeff, the forever energetic Swiss Beatz and the ever-so-conscious rapper, Common.
