Lupe has got to be one of the greatest MCs ever, but his videos dont always bring it home and that might hender his success. For instance the Daydreamin song w Jill Scott iz already gonna go over tha average persons head..But the video made it even more complicated. And this video could have been more vivid. Like basically acting out wats going on in tha song….But I luv tha song and tha CD. Oh This dude Gemini is a BEAST TOO…LOOK OUT!!!!! F&F UP.

I loved the album, can’t stand this video though.

ONe of my fav. songs off the album. Video was clever in terms of matching up characters and what not, but I wish they would have done a little more. But considering he probably produce the video himself, excellent job. Can’t wait for 2nd album.

Excellent release for Father’s Day, I had goosebumbs watching that. I understand that someone can always say, “It could’ve been better”. But I appreciate the approach the director took with this one, not all videos have a high budget and not all have to look the same.

Not really a big fan of the director. But the other video that was posted is definitely a better approach at the situation. I liked it a lot more.

^^^^yea….u could tell Lupe switched up his style from his early tracks. When he 1st started he was like every other rapper but still maintaining that lyrical element no one else had…..but he ended up changing his style somewhat later on. But no matter what Lupe does…..he’s always coming correct on his verses.
