this kids been doin it since the 90s. freestyles or whateva he still nasty. can’t wait 4 da album. if the new blackstar joint is comin out I hope they all do another joint together.
WORLDWIDE STAND UP…
RTNY I WOULD REALLY LOVE AND APPRECIATE WITH ALL MY HEART IF YOU COULD PASS THIS MSG TO COMMON. I WOULD LOVE HIM TO DO A SONG FOR ZIMBABWE , WE ARE DYING IN ZIMBABWE INFLATION HAS GONE UP TO 900% AND THERE IS NO-ONE IN THE WOLRD IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION .PEOPLE ARE DESPERETAE I BELIEVE HIP HOP CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING. PLEASE HELP US. PLEASE HELP…
once again chicago showin you how to make real hip hop and be relevent in today’s r&b(rappin bullshit) climate. no jewelry or crazy print clothes needed to recieve love from…The People.
i really do wish common got the love he deserves.
he is the best all around rapper.
conscious rappers never get their respect because they not rappin about killing niggas and sellin drugs, or doing the “aunt jackie”.
but common and blackthought will rap circles around EVERY rapper out here.
not including jay-z, he is the king.
this finding forever is gonna be a good album.
i hope “the people” actually buy it, but knowing hip hop, jason foxx mite get more shine come commons release date
I have been feeling his music allot more lately he has always been his own man and found his own way in hiphop, for that i think he will always be around making hits,
With all of the trash that’s coming out, Common is one dude that you can be proud of. Also, I agree with #25. NYC doesn’t have the monopoly on real hip-hop. I been listening to this cat for years. And he reps his city to the fullest in his records. Give Chicago their due..
i like this.
his musik is always chill and has a message.
im from atlanta and we dont have nobody here who spits what niggas NEED to hear, so big upz 2 common. im coppin the album*
common has been one of the most consistent since the golden era of hip-hop. this has been one of the best videos i’ve seen in awhile. i was wondering when it this was gonna drop. ‘finding forever’ will go platinum as its predecessor because i believe there’s enough people in search of real music whither it be older heads or teen heads. i didn’t even think ‘be’ would go as far as it did but i believe this album will be more successful than his last. kanye west really the only one in mainstream staying true to the hip-hop form although many may agree he’s not the best rapper in the world but gets his message through production and being successful at it. as of now, common should be in everyone’s top 10.
I like all the tracks he does with Kanye. My only problem is can he do good on a track not made by Kanye. I already added this album to my shopping cart. And These as well:
50 cent – Curtis
TI – TI vs TIP
Kanye West – Graduation
Yea….i’m from new york….but I definitely have to give alotta props to the Chi right now….they’re holding that real hip hop down. Of course NY still got some of the greatest who eva did it like Nas & Jay of course….not that it matters or anything…..but Chi gets my respect and everybody from NY.
Favorite Rappers rite now
-Nas & Jay
-Lupe
-Kanye
-Common and others….
for anybody who think this is eastcoast…
Common and among others in the midwest been rapping over tracks like this FOR YEARS…
Theres nothing east or west about the Midwest pimp.
We got that out of NO where sound…
There’s artist all over the midwest that rap over beats like this…
Much love to everybody but We are own entity…
i am grateful for having the chance to say this… Tupac & BIG are the two greats of all time…. Jay-Z is the greatest alive… Common is Hip Hop in the flesh… he don’t have to be called the greatest.. he is wat he is man… i think that Him and Kanye together is the greatest thing that can have recently happened to Hip-Hop… that “Be” album is a classic that keeps me goin wen it feelz like there’s nutten left… and it lookz like this one is going to be even better….

One of the last Hip Hop artists whom you don’t need to hear any of the cuts on the album, but you still purchase it!
