Since the banner with the site name is visually graphic, site recognition may benefit by having the site name and description at the top in text or a simpler graphic, then the header then the ad banner. It took me a while to realize that the site was about The Latest Hip-Hop News, Songs and Pics. The information in the sidebar makes for a very long page. If there's a wide to shorten the page, I would consider it. Also for marketing and to add with searches, make sure the description is in an area on your site that is being picked up by site feeds.
