I love Common’s music. He always brings the nostalgic feel of hip hop. Thank U RealTalkNY for not counting guys like KRS One, Common, and west coast artists out. Because they’re important to our culture. Everyone’s region is needed in Hip Hop.

Dope song and video.
Gets a bit boring after a while tho’.. i like his soul kinda type of things more. Like “BE” and the songs that have leaked so far.

I dont know what happen to common but it seems to me that the brother has a renewed spirit……….common is definitely proving longevity….. and quite possibly finding forever music………….its not about record sales anymore due to the internet and downloading……..artists might actually have to start making timeless music again.

i was kind of hoping ‘the people’ was going to be released but ‘the game’ is that old classic hip-hop w/ primo on the cut. the video started off straight but did get boring near the end. but the song speaks more for itself. common is one of my top 5 right now. he has been consistent and has managed to pull in ‘gold’ numbers and ‘platinum’ within time on specific albums. i copped all commons albums and will definitely get ‘finding forever’.
